Do you like shooting .22 LR? How about super bougie precision rifles? We have good news for you because the wait to buy a snazzy new .22 that grabbed our attention at SHOT Show 2024 is finally over.

The Christensen Arms Modern Precision Rifle Rimfire is now available in all its carbon fiber glory, and Christensen promises it’ll shoot groups inside an inch at 50 yards.

At first glance, it’s clear that this is a high-end piece of equipment. Christensen uses flash-forged carbon fiber to create a handguard and cheek riser that is extremely light without being flimsy. With the carbon fiber-wrapped barrel and aluminum chassis, the whole rifle weighs as little as 6.2 pounds.

This isn’t a custom rifle that you can’t tinker with, though. It uses Ruger magazines and a Remington 700 trigger from Triggertech.

Like many new hunting rifles, the Modern Precision Rifle Rimfire has an adjustable folding stock that makes it easier to fit in a case or strap to your pack. If you run it with a 16-inch barrel and no suppressor, it’s downright compact. Opt for the 20-inch barrel, a suppressor, and a bipod to enjoy every last bit of performance at your next precision rimfire match.

Christensen Arms lists an MSRP of $1,249 for the Modern Precision Rifle Rimfire.
