If your AR-15 is still rocking the A2-style pistol grip it came with from the factory, it’s time to step up your game!

Upgrading your pistol grip is one of the cheapest, easiest, and most effective ways to improve the ergonomics of your AR-15.

There’s no shortage of options out there, but the Die Free Co Kung Fu catches my eye every time. Now, you can get the Kung Fu pistol grip and the Tiger Claw handstop in Multicam Black – and a few other awesome-looking camo patterns.

Let’s get a closer look.

The functional pitch is simple: reducing the angle of your pistol grip (making it more vertical), reduces strain on your shooting-hand wrist and makes it easier to shoot from unconventional positions. It’s not just aesthetic.

A handstop is useful because you can apply rearward pressure with your support hand to manage recoil, or press it forward into a barricade-style rest to increase stability.

When they happen to be slathered in your favorite camo pattern, that’s all the better.

Multicam Black is the latest addition to DFCO’s lineup. It joins 69 Tiger Stripe, Duck, M81 woodland, and regular Multicam. Looks are subjective, but I’m digging these camo options.

Die Free Co lists an MSRP of $69 for the Kung Fu grip and Tiger Claw handstop combo.
