Kinetic Spearfishing is owned by two retired Navy SEALs with a passion for slaying sea monsters and staying in touch with the natural world. They started out building grips for spearguns and realized that the design could do wonders for any firearm that uses an AR-style pistol grip, too.
Whether you want to stand out aesthetically or competitively, this could be just what you’re looking for.

"For competitive shooters, grip customization is essential for optimal performance,” the company says.
"The Kinetic Grip System enables users to fine-tune their grip to match their specific discipline, enhancing recoil control, target acquisition, and comfort under pressure. For firearms collectors, it provides an opportunity to elevate the look and feel of their firearms, making them truly one-of-a-kind.”
The Kinetic Grip System uses the popular 1911 grip angle. The company says this design promotes a comfortable grip, better wrist alignment for reduced fatigue, and improved recoil management. The 1911 has been popular for more than a century, so it’s hard to argue with that logic.
All grip systems use an aluminum frame as a foundation. It creates a rock-solid mount to your lower receiver or chassis, and you can choose from olive drab green, coyote brown, or black anodizing.

You can take your pick from G10 and Micarta scales. Kinetic says that G10 is lighter and more durable; Micarta is a little warmer and more comfortable. Multiple textures and colors are available.
That’s the biggest difference from other AR-15 grips, aside from the materials. Want to switch grip scales just like you would on a 1911? No problem. They’re sold separately for $89, so you can change your mind about it without buying a whole new grip system.
A setup this rad isn’t going to be cheap. But if you want the best for your favorite AR or precision rifle, a Kinetic Grip System is a unique and fun upgrade with the performance to back it up.
Kinetic Spearfishing lists an MSRP of $289 for the Kinetic Grip System.
