This article is a meta-analysis based on the Pew Pew Tactical team’s experience with hundreds of holsters and tens of thousands of rounds over the years at Pew Pew Tactical. We narrowed our selection down to holsters we felt balanced concealability, durability, and value.

For shame.
We’re long-time fans of this company and could probably write a detailed review dedicated to their holsters. Oh wait, we did: Hidden Hybrid Holsters: Current Favorite.
And when we say “favorite,” we mean favorite.
Hidden Hybrid Holsters are stylish, comfortable, and constructed with .093” Kydex and Amish leather (thanks, bros) to ensure a lifetime of secure retention and durability.
The company sells an excellent concealed carry option for the P365, the Sig Sauer P365 and SAS Appendix Carry.
This is a little pricey, but it’s totally worth the hole in your wallet. You can adjust for height, retentions, cant, and all the important stuff that turns a functional holster into an effective and reliable holster.
And yes, we know the name isn’t very creative, but you’ll always know what you’re buying. Literally.
It’s what our founder wore for his P365 before he went to the P365 XL (still with a HHH holster, though).
The combination of Kydex and Amish leather results in a holster that is borderline unbreakable but still molds to your body to achieve optimal concealability.
On that note, we recommend adding the “Claw Concealment” option when you place your order. It pushes the gun’s grip closer to your body and eliminates any noticeable printing. It’s also easy to remove if you don’t love it.
The leather backer is specifically cut to facilitate a proper full grip when drawing your P365.
Although it’s sold for both right—and left-handed shooters, it’s not for the ambidextrous—you’ll have to purchase two if you want to arm both hips.
You also need to decide if you want to include a 1.5” or 1.75” belt clip before checking out. It’s a critical part of the holster that allows you to tuck in your shirt while staying armed, stealthy, and awesome.
This holster incorporates a covered magazine release to give you extra security while you’re carrying.
It also comes with a Kydex “RMR Guard” to protect your optic devices if you go with that option.
Want something a little more “you?” You can personalize your holster by selecting different Kydex colors, including black carbon fiber, flat dark earth, storm gray carbon fiber, and more.

Let’s kick things off with the Rounded Gear IWB Kydex Holster, one of the best-selling and most widely recommended holsters on the market. (Formerly known as Concealment Express.)
This holster boasts a minimalist design and is made of durable .08” Kydex.
When equipped, you can adjust the cant between -5 to 20° for comfort and to ensure concealability. It’s suitable for a variety of concealed carry positions, including appendix, hip, back, strong side, and cross-draw carry.
It’s also manufactured with an adjustable “posi-click” retention feature. If you hear a satisfying and audible click, then you know your gun has been properly holstered.
We love it for our larger guns. And if it works for a much larger Glock 19…it will do wonders with a tiny P365.
Here’s another fun little detail: This lightweight and low-profile holster weighs in at just 3 ounces. No joke. A deck of cards weighs more than this holster.
The Rounded Gear IWB Kydex Holster has an undercut trigger guard for total trigger coverage and easy drawing. It’s also designed with an overcut open face to allow for threaded barrels and suppressor height sights.
And I can’t forget to mention the full-length sweat guard with a rear sight shield. After all, it’s the combination of all these little details that make this holster so great.

Are you looking for a simple, budget-friendly OWB holster for your P365? Congrats, you’ve found it.
The Cytac Sig P365 OWB Holster is a paddle holster made out of lightweight polymer.
It doesn’t require a belt, but there are little notches on the paddle that fit a 1.5” to 2” belt should you choose to wear one. Otherwise, you can just secure it to your pants.
Cytac is another example of a company taking extra steps during the design process.
Because it’s made from polymer, this holster is durable, water-and-wear-resistant, and extremely easy to clean.
The paddle design naturally distributes the weight of your holstered gun, so you shouldn’t feel that awkward tug at your waistband.
While many IWB and OWB holsters use a friction fit for retention, this model employs an active retention system that initiates with a press of the index (trigger) finger on the release button. Active retention systems often come with the downside of a much slower draw, but no worries here!
You shouldn’t have any problems performing a quick draw with the Cytac Sig P365 OWB Holster. Pressing the button as you draw from this holster feels very natural and intuitive.
Plus, the retention system automatically activates upon holstering, so you don’t have to remember to use it like you would a holster with a strap.
The only downside? This is another holster that’s only manufactured in a right-handed configuration.

True, it’s a more expensive option, but this company specializes in hybrid holsters and accessories that are a cut above the rest.
In an emergency situation, there can be no greater ally than the P365 hidden at your hip. The goal of concealed carry is to keep your firearm out of sight and out of mind until that emergency, so it’s no wonder that printing is one of the most common complaints with OWB holsters.
Fortunately, that isn’t an issue with the DropSlide.
It has two 1.75” slots to accommodate belts between 1.25” and 1.5″. The leather backer is specifically cut to keep the holster flush against your body, ensuring comfortable concealed carry without any chafing.

Not a carry method we typically recommend, but if you need to ankle carry, our recommendation for the P365 is the DeSantis Die Hard Ankle Rig.
It’s a simple ankle holster that consists of a top-grain saddle leather gun pocket attached to a neoprene band. The gun pocket also has a conventional thumb break for retention.
But don’t let the simplicity of this design fool you. This ankle holster was originally manufactured for federal law enforcement agencies, and the combination of materials prioritizes performance and longevity.
The DeSantis Die Hard Ankle Rig is treated with an abrasion-resistant PU coating to ensure durability.
The leather lining preserves the gun’s finish and allows for a smooth, quick draw. Likewise, the band is foam-padded with sheepskin along the inside of the holster to deliver a comfortable concealed carry experience.
It’s intended to be worn on the inside of your ankle and opposite of your strong hand. For example, a left-handed shooter will purchase a left-handed holster for the right ankle and vice versa.

How about some shoulder holsters?
LOL what is it...Nobody wants to mention Vedder Holster. They offer a kydex lite tuck that is awesome for quite a competitive price. AND they have a kydex leather that is quite comfy.
I can carry a CZ 75 Compact, 1911, hellcat, 365, whatever all day long with a Vedder Holster the light tuck at the 4 or 5 o'clock position IWB and can't even tell I am wearing a gun .
I like my Galco Tuck-N-Go 2.0 Holster, it rides low and comfortable.
I’m kinda partial to my Sticky pocket holster for my P365. Retains the piece well, stays in my right front pocket on the draw, and it doesn’t print (and if it does it ain’t much, even in dress slacks).

You missed it by a mile. Please check out Vedder holsters. I've used many brands over the years and they win by a substantial margin. full disclosure, I pair their IWB with their competitor's velcro attached pad.
Vedder fan myself. Have them for four of my pistols (owb)
This list is 100% not helpful. Appendix is not an option for most folks due to comfort. Also, there are no 100% leather options on the list. How about the Sparks Summer Special/Galco Royal Guard for IWB? Any one of a jillion choices for OWB all leather?

Some of us with even more inverted funnel waistlines don't belt carry at all. There are shoulder holsters which are better for driving, and which do quite well, even in the hot summer. I've been using one brand for over 8 years now, currently with the P365.

Of recent note I have picked up a Galco Lite which is another great holster.
Update: of late, it's a Galco Lite shoulder holster. The split suede is airy in the summer and there's no chest strap. For all the marketing of belt holsters, not everyone is using them for 3 Gun. It's domestic carry where you have to be at the wrong place wrong time - late Rx pickup near a hospital, or traveling thru the edge of metros and your wife chooses the wrong truck stop. Not the best carry with belt carry in those situations.
I've got just enough middle age spread that carrying IWB just isn't comfortable, so I stuck with OWB. My favorite, DeSantis Mini Slide signature make the list, but there's so many holsters on the market, the author could do 30 or 40 articles trying to cover all of them.

You should really give the Safariland Schema a try. I went through about 15 holsters as I went from an original P365 to a Zev P365XL. For AIWB, the Schema is low profile and now my go-to holster. I still have the others including some OWB's, but the Schema is my go-to 99% of the time.
How about holsters for P365 for lasers such as Crimson Trace and for optics? I see only one fro an optic.
I’ve tried about 15 different holsters before settling on the CYA Supply Co. IWB. It’s less bulky than the Concealment Express with all of the same features.

I have also found the CYA Supply Co. IWB to be less bulky than the Concealment Express holsters. Plus, they are more comfortable for me than the Concealment Express holsters, just seem to hit the 'sweet spot' just right for my carry position.
Tenicor holsters blow all other IWB/AIWB holsters away.

I've been looking for a P365 XL holster with both a rail mounted light AND optics (specifically TLR-6 and Holosun 407k), but can't seem to find one anywhere. Have you guys found anyone out there?
The Recluse holster, specifically the OS Solo, is absolutely the best minimalist holster for my case which is to make sure my family isn't gunned down in a movie theater or church. So in other words, firing under cover or while running my family out of a building. Sad but true.
I front pocket carry so it needs to print like a phone.
I don't dress for my gun, and wear my shirts tucked.
I've tried the kydex alabama holster and sticky holsters, and the Recluse takes up less room in the pocket, and is much quicker on the draw due to the design.

Leather type thumb break scabbard/pancake.
Look for the Galco "Combat Master" for OTW holster. Your choice of tan or black leather. Has a special kind of sewing of the seams that pull the pistol closer to your hip to improve concealed carry. Eliminates imprinting of the firearm.

It is frustrating that this article is not consistent in telling you the ideal or intended positions for these. Some of the reviews mention that it is good for appendix and hip, while others say nothing about position. Just wish this was more clear.

Concealment Express IWB KYDEX Holster. Will it work with the P365 that has the manual thumb safety?
Because the thumb safety is in-line with the slide catch and take-down levers, I'm going to go with "Yes sirree, Bob". But I haven't actually tried it.
Hey, I forgot to mention Sig's own holster. It has some options of how it hangs, using swivel-able belt loops. The loops accommodate my 1.75" belt. I love the holster feel. The only down side is the loops' hinges are polymer and snap into recesses. I get the feeling these will wear out or simply give way one day at the worst time.
I'm interested in some of these, including light capable options.
I did want to mention Galco's Ankle Guard holster. I've been wearing it above my boot for 6 months daily, and it still does a nice job, comfortable, and I rarely notice it. The retention is iffy though. Tension screws at bottom keep it in place, but I've had a dislodge on a heavy run. Thanks again for the ideas.
I love my hidden hybrid holsters.... except for the in the waistband clips. They’re too flimsy
The Tenicor Velo for the P365 is amazing if you’re dedicated to AIWB. If it’s too pricey or you’re not sure about AIWB, I would check out the Vedder LightTuck.
Tier 1 concealment also have the T1M with their wedge system which is an excellent minimal system that’s comfortable for all day AIWB and conceals well with the built in claw.
I personally found the tier 1 concealment to be extremely uncomfortable even with their extra purchase "wedges". Worst money ever spent on a holster. For IWB the Safariland Schema works wonders, for OWB the Desantis Veiled Partner is as close to perfect that you will find in a kydex holster that conceals better than any other I've tried (and I've tried many expensive options such as Tenicor, Tier1, etc.)
Tulster Profile IWB holster. Everything the Concealment Express offers, but even smaller, lighter, more comfortable. Where the Concealment Express has two retention screws, Tulster has one. Concealment Express has angular edges, Tulster rounded the edges so there's less dig into your stomach and thigh when sitting or moving. Tulster also offers a much smaller profile claw kit (they call it "sidekick") than Concealment Express. Check it out.
Any suggestion on which would be best for a dad bod that leans more heavily toward the sad end of the spectrum?
Looking to minimize printing as much as possible, but am never quite comfortable with appendix or hip.
Taking AIWB and hip out of the equation is gonna pretty much leave you with small of back or pocket carry. Both work well with the P365. Check out the Vedder pocket locker for pocket carry or several of their other offerings for small of back (or hip) which is still comfortable
If pocket carry is a desired method the Vedder Pocket Locker is an excellent option. Kydex with solid retention, but plenty comfortable and a great claw for clean draws
