- 12+1 capacity, 15+1 with extended magazines
- Small form factor
- Tritium night nights
- Optics-ready
- Excellent ergonomics
- Hard to seat a magazine with one in the chamber
- Trigger pull may vary from gun to gun
The P365X combines the excellent feature set of the regular P365 with the larger grip module of the P365XL. The end result is a still compact gun that gives a bit more purchase with a larger grip while also increasing the capacity with flush-fit magazines.

final verdict
On the surface, the P365X may look like a regular P365 with a bit of grip length tacked on or like a P365XL with a bit of barrel length chopped off. While this may be true, it isn’t a bad thing. For some people, the P365XL is just a little too long, or the regular P365’s grip is just a little too short; this is where the P365X comes in. Some may find this configuration to be their “Goldilocks” size for a carry pistol. An optics-ready slide, flat face trigger, and included tritium night sights make sure that the gun is ready to go out of the box without needing to tack on additional upgrade costs.
