Hi-Point is back with its limited-edition Money finish, adding the Model 995 Carbine to the mix alongside the company’s C9.
While the C9 previously appeared wearing the $100 bill design, it was so popular the Ohio-based company brought it back for another round. And this time, Hi-Point dressed the Model 995 Carbine in matching Benjamins.
The 995 Money, as it is called, is a 9mm carbine with a 16.5-inch threaded barrel with an overall length of 31 inches. Empty, it weighs 6.25 pounds. The carbine brings a 10-round capacity and Picatinny rails for accessory mounting.

Again, the carbine is not the only model to sport cash-money hydro-dip, with the C9 also being offered in the same style.
The Model C9 Money is the same as the company’s standard C9 9mm pistol, blowback design and all. It comes with a 3.5-inch barrel and an overall length of 6.75 inches with a weight of 29 ounces. The polymer frame is hydro-dipped, as is the zinc alloy slide.

Should be a big hit with gangbangers. Does it come with extra sights on the side of the slide?

Gotta say that for the money the HP 995 is a winner. Mine has a Burris Speed dot on it and it is a hitter on a 1' steel plate at 80 yds from standing position. Few malfunctions and with the after-market bolt ring much easier to lock back the bolt. People talk stink about this gun, but I've used mine to dispatch pigs and cull sheep from people's flocks. Love the gun. My buddy has the .45 cal. model and is stoked with his as well.
