The only bad part about acquiring lots of shooting gear is figuring out where to store it all.
When Magpul came out with the DAKA Grid system, it was music to the ears of people who were sick of cutting foam for each firearm they might want to put in their hard case.
Magpul has been rolling out accessories and cases of their own ever since, and we couldn’t be happier about it.
The new Magpul DAKA Bins are the latest addition, and they make it easy to store small items in your hard case without turning it into an expensive piñata the moment you open it.
Think of these as little Tupperware containers for range days, but made from much stronger polymer. They’re sized for small items like batteries for your ear pro or electronic optics, individual rounds, or cleaning tools that are easy to misplace.
Clear lids make it easy to see exactly what you’re getting into without popping a bunch of bins open, and the shallow profile means you won’t be digging around looking for something.

The bottom of the DAKA bins looks a little like Legos. They plug right into the DAKA Grid system so they stay in place, with or without blocks to hold them there.
These join other DAKA accessories like gear straps, notched blocks, and angled blocks that let you set up your DAKA, Pelican, or Plano hard case however you want it.

The whole system is a great way to get more out of one case rather than buying one for every firearm you own or hand-cutting foam inserts.
Who doesn’t love inexpensive gear that makes a big difference?
Magpul lists a starting MSRP of $17.95 for a set of DAKA bins.

Looks like overpriced tupperware or a spendier version of a Walmart tacklebox for fishing. I'll save my $$ and go with the Walmart tacklebox. There's an old Irish proverb about things like this: you can put silk on a goat, but it's still a goat.
Its like playing Minecraft with legos.
